These Terms of Use govern your use of Fitlock, provided by Iago Cavalcante Desenvolvimento e Consultoria. By using Fitlock, you agree to these terms.

What Fitlock does

Fitlock helps you restrict selected apps and earn temporary access by completing bodyweight exercises. App blocking depends on operating-system permissions and behavior, and cannot be guaranteed to work without interruption on every device or OS version.

Health and safety

Fitlock is a productivity tool, not medical or fitness advice. Exercise within your ability, use a safe environment, stop if you feel pain or dizziness, and consult a qualified professional before exercising if you have a health concern. You are responsible for choosing suitable exercises and intensity.

Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features may be offered through Apple or Google in-app purchases. Prices and billing periods appear before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account before renewal. Refunds are handled under the applicable store's policies.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Fitlock, attempt to bypass its security, interfere with the service, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it unlawfully.

Availability

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly where Fitlock relies on third-party operating-system APIs.

Intellectual property

Fitlock, its design, branding, and original content belong to Iago Cavalcante Desenvolvimento e Consultoria or its licensors. These terms grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitlock is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and may suspend access for material misuse. Continuing to use Fitlock after updated terms become effective means you accept them.
